Immerse yourself and lose yourself in the scents and colours of the wonderful Maddalena Archipelago National Park, off the famous Costa Smeralda. Treat yourself to a stay in this little fairytale place, quiet and with a breathtaking view of the archipelago and its surroundings. Its location in Punta Tegge, inside the homonymous, elegant and quiet Borgo Punta Tegge, will make you fall in love with its splendid sunsets and a unique view of Caprera, Spargi, Budelli, Porto Rafael, Palau.
You will have some of the most beautiful beaches on the island nearby such as Carlotto / Cala Francese and Bassa Trinità , as well as a diving center, the Marina di Punta Nera pier (map) to start exploring the islands of the archipelago, the city center 5 minutes away by car, a supermarket 2 minutes away by car and the Turmo Travel bus stop a few steps away from the house to reach Caprera even without a car.
Live La Maddalena at its fullest
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious and complete bathroom, and a garden with a large veranda, living area and an outdoor kitchenette. The main bedroom has 1 king size double bed and the other has 2 single beds. You will also find wardrobes, drawers, a small refrigerator, pantry and closet, kettle, microwave oven and a professional gas barbecue. The kitchenette is outside with a beautiful sea view.
In the garden, in addition to the grass area, decorative gravel, the outdoor kitchenette and the "living" area, there is a wonderful complex of natural rocks, from which you can admire the Santa Teresa fort, Punta Tegge and a wide wonderful view of the archipelago and its surroundings (Caprera, Santo Stefano, Spargi, Budelli, Palau, Porto Rafael): it's the area we call "Belvedere" from which you can admire a wonderful sunset.
The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the beaches and the rocky complex of Punta Tegge, a 5-minute drive from the city center and a 5-minute drive from the Carlotto / Cala Francese area, one of the most beautiful places on the island. You can also reach Caprera in 10-15 minutes by car: Caprera is stunning and it's easy to reach because is connected by an asphalt road.
We organise, upon request, private transfer services to and from airports or ports, boat / RIB rental with or without skipper, scooter / e-scooter, car, quad, bicycles.
The house is located in Borgo Punta Tegge, a refined village built around the Grand Hotel Resort Ma&Ma, a luxurious 5-star resort. We have an agreement with the hotel to offer our guests some hotel services, in case of interested, in line with the hotel's opening period usually from April to October, the current price list and the availability of services, such as: breakfast (subject to availability and usually excluding the peak season), lunch and dinner à la carte or half-board service, swimming pool (subject to availability and usually excluding the peak season), gym and beauty/wellness center, concierge service.
Inside the village you will find the excellent pizzeria Ma&Ma Pizza and the refined restaurant L'Antica Isola. Their opening coincides with the hotel's operating period (usually from April to October).
